Quick fixes
- The extension is not detected
- Open chrome://extensions, check Proof Money Verifier is enabled, then reload the Proof Money tab.
- Verification failed
- Make sure you are signed in to the payment app in the same browser and that the payment has fully cleared, then try again.
- A quote looks wrong
- Hit Refresh on the buy or cash out screen. Quotes come from live sellers and move fast.
- My balance is missing
- Balances load per chain. Give it a few seconds, then reload your profile page.
