Proof Money Verifier

A small browser add-on that proves your payment happened. It reads only the one payment you made, on your own device, and hands Proof Money a cryptographic proof. No passwords, no screenshots, no bank logins shared with anyone.

Install it in about a minute

  1. 1Download the file below and unzip it.
  2. 2Open chrome://extensions in Chrome, Brave, Edge or Arc.
  3. 3Turn on Developer mode, top right.
  4. 4Click Load unpacked and pick the unzipped folder.
  5. 5Come back to Proof Money and finish your trade.

Get it on the Chrome Web Store

The fastest way for users to install is from the Chrome Web Store. The same zip file above is ready to upload.

  1. 1Create a Chrome Web Store developer account ($5 one-time fee).
  2. 2Upload the same zip file from the download button.
  3. 3Fill in the store listing: description, screenshots, icon and privacy policy.
  4. 4Submit for review. Google usually takes a few business days.
  5. 5Publish, then users can install with one click.

When do I need this?

Install it before you start a trade, or when the app says "Add Proof Money Verifier". The verifier only runs when you are paying a seller on Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Revolut or Wise. It is not needed for Swap, Send, or for selling crypto.
